Freshman Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Freshmen: Only candidates for high school graduation and graduates of the current school year are immediately qualified to apply for admission and take the Online LPU College Entrance Test (OLCET). Applicants must submit the following requirements: 1. One (1) piece 2"x2" recent picture (white background) 2. Accomplished Online Application Form 3. Minimal Testing fee Other Requirements must be submitted upon enrollment: 4. 4th Yr. Report Card 5. Certification of Good Moral Character 6. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)

Transferees Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Transferees: 1. True Copy of Grades/ Temporary Transcript/ Certification of Grades/ Transcript of Records 2. Certification of Good Moral Character 3. Honorable Dismissal/ Transfer Credentials 4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO Copy) 5. One (1) piece 2"x2" recent picture (white background) 6. Accomplished Online Application Form 7. Minimal Testing fee

Foreign Students Admission Requirements:
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students: 1. Foreign students and resident aliens will undergo an initial interview at the Registrar's office regarding their particular requirements for entrance examinations. 2. Credentials from previous school (with English Translation) 3. Birth Certificate 4. One (1) piece 2"x2" recent picture (white background) 5. Accomplished Online Application Form 6.Minimal Testing fee
