About this course

Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) is a four year degree program designed to prepare students for becoming high school teachers. The program combines both theory and practice in order to teach students the necessary knowledge and skills a high school teacher needs. The program aims to produce competent teachers who provide a conducive learning experience to their students.

Diploma of Completion (Senior High School) 2. General weighted average of 81 or better for the latest grading applicable as reflected in the original F-138/grade report card 3. 4pcs 2x2" ID Photos 4. About the Provider

The University of Caloocan City (UCC) is a local university established in 1971 that aims to provide educational opportunities for the indigent residents of Caloocan City. Its initial name was Caloocan City Community College which was later changed into Caloocan City Polytechnic College, offering 4-year courses in Industrial Education and Business Technology. The institution was finally elevated into its university status in 2004 through the Municipal Ordinance No. 0379.

Since its establishment, the university has made groundbreaking developments, expanding its programs with a number of courses available to the youth of Caloocan. Through the efforts of the local government to make quality education accessible to all, UCC is composed of 4 branches located in different parts of the city.

The University of Caloocan City has the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business and Accountancy, the College of Education, and the College of Law under its belt. It also has graduate degree programs namely, Doctor of Public Administration, Ph.D. Education Management, Master in Public Administration, Master in Business Administration, Master of Arts in Teaching in Early Grades, Master of Arts in Teaching Science, MAED-EM, and MS Criminology.
