Founded in 2000 by academician and historian, Evangelino Z. Nigoza, the Cavite West Point College (CWPC) is a multi-campus private institution of higher learning that envisions to be the go-to educational body for the youth of the western part of Cavite. The college is composed of four external campuses located in the municipalities of Tanza, Naic, Magallanes, and Alfonso.
Ever since the college was founded, the programs offered in this institution haven't changed. Rather, these programs were developed in order to meet the ever-changing demands of the various industries that are crucial for national development. These include courses in Business Administration (with various majors), Public Administration, Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Criminology, and Hotel and Restaurant Management.
2-year Diploma courses in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Computer Science, and Computer Secretarial are also open for admissions. Significantly, these programs are accredited by the Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
