Northern Cebu Colleges, Inc. (formerly Cebu Northern Institute) is a private higher educational institution in Bogo, Cebu. It was founded in 1932 by Don Fructuoso Mansueto Fernan, who wanted to provide the indigents of Cebu access to high school education. CNI was renamed to Northern Cebu Colleges in 1950 which was the same year that the college department opened. Sixteen years later, the campus was relocated to an area near the sea. Guided by the mission upon its foundation, NCCI strives to produce students who will become community-oriented professionals.

Additionally, it has a high school department that accommodates both Junior High School and Senior High School students.
