St. Louise de Marillac College of Bogo (SLMCB) is a private, Catholic school in Cebu. The school's roots can be traced to the foundation of the Beneficencia de la Sagrada Familia, an orphanage for girls, which then inspired the establishment of the Escuela de la Sagrada Familia in 1936. The escuela initially offered the complete elementary education and eventually added a high school program. In 1953, it had its first batch of high school graduates, and three years later, the school was renamed as the Holy Family Academy. By 1998, the academy began providing tertiary level courses and was then renamed to a college.
Currently, SLMCB provides junior high school, senior high school, and undergraduate courses. The SHS department offers the ABM, GAS, HE, and ICT strands. The college department, on the other hand, has bachelor's degree programs in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Computer Science, and Information Technology. These programs are duly recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
Since its foundation, St. Louise de Marillac College of Bogo has been producing value-laden students. As a Catholic school, it is committed to providing Christian and Vincentian education that will form students into individuals of respect, responsibility, and advocacy for the poor.
